For the 3pm flatline

Three in the afternoon, and you have read the same paragraph four times.

Energy Reset is one eight-minute session built for the middle of the afternoon: paced breathing plus enough movement to change your posture and your temperature. Shorter holds, more transitions, and nothing that leaves you needing a shower before your next call.

One workday, to scale
8 hours sitting8 minutes moving

A typical workday of 8 hours of sitting, shown next to one 8-minute Osvela session drawn at the same scale.

Energy Reset is the accent mark. Eight minutes against a working day, once a day.

00:00Is this you?

If three of these sound familiar, you are the person this was built for

  • You hit a wall somewhere between two and four, most days
  • The second coffee stopped doing anything a while ago
  • You are not sleepy exactly — more that your attention will not stay put
  • You get a second wind at nine in the evening, which is not helpful
  • Your breathing through the afternoon is shallow and high in the chest
  • A short walk helps, but you rarely take one

00:02What the plan covers

Where the eight minutes go

Paced breathing, done properly

Two minutes of a specific rhythm rather than vague deep breaths. The pacing is on screen so you are not counting.

Movement that changes your state

Full-body transitions at a pace that lifts you slightly without turning it into exercise you need to recover from.

A deliberate down-shift

The last two minutes bring you back down on purpose, so you return to work alert rather than buzzing.

Nothing that needs a change of clothes

Designed to be done in whatever you wear to work, in the space next to your desk.

00:04What a day looks like

It takes up one slot and then gets out of the way

  1. 14:45

The reminder comes just before the slump rather than in the middle of it, because that is when it is easiest to act on.

  2. 14:46

Eight minutes standing next to your desk. The breathing pacer is on screen; you do not have to count anything.

  3. 14:54

Back at the desk. The measure of whether it worked is the next hour, not how you feel in the last thirty seconds.

About Energy Reset

Is this a substitute for sleep?

No, and nothing is. If you are running on five hours a night, eight minutes of movement is not the lever that matters most.

Will this make me sweat before a meeting?

It should not. The pace is deliberately below the point where that happens — that constraint shaped the whole plan.

Can I do it at a different time than the one I picked?

Yes. The reminder is a suggestion, not a lock. You can change the slot any time in your account.

This is not a medical service. Osvela is general movement and mobility content — not a diagnosis, treatment, or physiotherapy. If you have pain that is sharp, radiating, or new, or you are recovering from injury or surgery, talk to a clinician before you start.

The quiz decides whether Energy Reset is actually the right one for you

Sixteen questions, about two minutes. If your answers point somewhere else, it will tell you that instead — and show you why.
