Subscription policy

The formal version of what is on the subscription page. If the two ever disagree, tell us — they are meant to say the same thing in different registers.
Terms and price
Subscriptions are sold as fixed terms paid in full up front: 4 weeks at €29.99, 12 weeks at €59.99, 24 weeks at €89.99. Prices include VAT where applicable and are shown before you enter payment details.
We do not use introductory pricing that increases at renewal, and we do not run countdown timers that reset.
Automatic renewal
At the end of your term, the subscription renews automatically for another term of the same length at the same price, using the payment method on file, until you cancel.
We email you before every renewal with the date and the amount. If a payment fails, we retry a small number of times over several days and email you each time before access is suspended.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from Account → Subscription → Manage subscription, which opens the Stripe billing portal. Three clicks, no retention call, no requirement to email us.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the term you have already paid for. If you cannot access your account, email support@osvela.com from the address you paid with and we will cancel it for you.
Refunds and withdrawal
Separately from the statutory rights below, we operate a 30-day money-back guarantee with conditions set out on its own page.
Consumers in the EU and UK have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. Because access to digital content is immediate, you are asked to acknowledge at checkout that starting straight away may end that right — this is a legal requirement, not a trick, and our own guarantee is longer than the statutory period in any case.
