Terms of use

These terms cover what you can expect from Osvela and what we expect from you. We have written them to be read rather than skimmed past.
What Osvela is
Osvela provides general movement and mobility content delivered as short daily sessions in your browser. It is an education and fitness product.
It is not a medical service. We do not diagnose, treat, or provide physiotherapy, and no part of the quiz, the results screen, or any session should be read as a clinical opinion about your body. If you have pain, an injury, a diagnosed condition, or you are pregnant or recently gave birth, speak to a qualified clinician before starting.
Your account
You need an account to access sessions. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure, and for the accuracy of the information you give us — particularly the health-related answers in the quiz, since they determine which plan you are shown.
You must be at least 18 to buy a subscription. Accounts are for one person and are not transferable.
Acceptable use
You may use the sessions for your own personal use. You may not redistribute, resell, screen-record for republication, or use our content to train a machine-learning model.
We may suspend an account that is being shared at scale, used to scrape the library, or used in a way that damages the service for other people. Where we do that, we will tell you why and refund any unused portion of the term.
Content and accuracy
We write and review our own content and we try hard to keep it accurate and free of overstated claims. We do not guarantee any particular result, and we will not tell you that a plan will fix anything.
Where we cite research, we describe what was found rather than extrapolating from it. If you spot something we have got wrong, tell us at hello@osvela.com and we will correct it.
Liability
Movement carries some inherent risk. You take part at your own discretion and should stop immediately if something causes pain.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will email you before it takes effect rather than quietly changing the date at the top.
