Frequently asked questions

The sessions

How long does a session take?

Under eight minutes, every day. That is the whole design. A session you can finish between two meetings is a session you will still do on a bad week.

Do I need equipment or space?

A chair and enough floor to stand next to it. No mat, no bands, no app to install — it runs in your browser on your phone or laptop.

The quiz and your plan

Why 16 questions?

Because fewer produces a plan that is barely personalised, and more produces a quiz people abandon. Sixteen is where the two curves cross. It takes about two minutes.

Can I change plan later?

Yes, from your account, at no extra cost. Retaking the quiz is the fastest way — it takes your current answers rather than the ones from when you signed up.

What if I stop halfway through the quiz?

Your answers are saved as you go, on your device and on our server. Come back on the same browser and you resume where you left off. If you gave us your email we can also send you a link back.

Money

What does it cost?

€29.99 for 4 weeks, €59.99 for 12 weeks, €89.99 for 24 weeks, paid up front for the term. It renews at the same price for the same length until you cancel.

How do I cancel?

Three clicks in your account, any time — including five minutes after you sign up. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the term you paid for runs out.

Can I get a refund?

There is a 30-day money-back guarantee with conditions written out in full on its own page. Email support@osvela.com and we handle it within two business days.

What this is not

Is this physiotherapy?

No. Osvela is a movement program, not a medical service, diagnosis or treatment. If something is painful, sharp, or new, see a clinician before you start.

Will it fix my posture?

We are not going to claim that, because "fixing posture" is not a well-defined outcome and any programme promising it is overreaching. What sessions do is keep a range of positions available to you and break up long stretches of stillness.

Is it a replacement for exercise?

No. Eight minutes of daily mobility work does not meet any reasonable definition of strength or cardiovascular training, and should not be counted toward public health activity guidelines.
